How to hold your head, shoulders, hands, everything down to your expression. No need to worry about your pose/body position - I got you!

WHAT IF I GAINED WEIGHT? 

Listen, I get it. You are uncomfortable in your body. Often our weight is a roller coaster throughout our lives. I know exactly what that is like, having gone through it myself. So what we are really talking about here is the negative self voice that comes up telling you that you are not worthy because you’ve gained weight. Well, if some extra pounds is where you’re at right now, then that’s just what it is. How long have you been avoiding the camera because of it? Time to put your foot down and stand in your value, at this age, at this stage, at this weight. You are beautiful just the way you are, and your weight is the least interesting thing about you.

HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO SPEND?

The photo shoot experience starts at $1500+tax. Included in every portrait session experience is a custom session design, wardrobe guide + consultation, the fully guided photo shoot with Carrie, professional hair and makeup, the Photo Premiere viewing and ordering appointment, and signature retouching on images purchased.

We have thoughtfully put together image collections and wall art displays based on the most frequent client purchases. We have a variety of first class products including matted print collections, albums, and wall art (framed prints, canvases, etc), and each photo chosen gets its corresponding digital file. Though the spending range is vast, the average client tends to spend in the $3-5K range for their session and the photo products they desire. Some spend more, some spend less, but all end up loving more photos than they thought possible. We also offer book in package specials that can be chosen at the time of booking.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO MY PHOTO SHOOT? 

If you are being photographed with them, of course! But to just be in the room, we do not allow spectators/people watching who are not directly involved in the shoot, as it is a bigger distraction and changes the feel of the shoot for you. We create a comfortable and safe space for you to be your authentic self, and that’s the energy in which we love seeing our clients thrive and open up in.

HOW LONG IS THE SHOOT AND WHERE WILL IT BE DONE? 

Photo shoots are up to 3 hours and take place at my studio. In warmer months, we also go on location. Out of state or country? No worries! My team and I love to travel.

We believe in legacy and empowering women and men to stand in their self value and self worth at every age and stage. We are especially keen on people celebrating their relationship to themselves, the people they love, and to their businesses.

That said, we specialize in Boudoir for the modern woman, PinUp and Old Hollywood style for the vintage glam queens, Beauty portraiture, and Headshots/Personal Branding for business.

WHAT IS A SESSION FEE AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE? 

Session fee covers the creation of the photographs and the entire portrait session experience, which includes:
- initial consultation
- custom session design
- wardrobe guidelines and planning
-up to 5 outfits for the shoot
- wardrobe consultation to finalize outfit choices
- professional makeup and dry hair styling for the shoot
- fully guided posing (photographing the authentic you at your most flattering angles)
- the photo shoot itself
- the Photo Premiere Ordering appointment, an appt up to 90 min scheduled a few days later to decide which photographs and products you would like to purchase as part of your collection.
- signature retouching on the photos purchased

Prints and photo products are purchased separately at your photo premiere appt.

CAN I REALLY DO THIS?

Well, first of all, THANK YOU! I take that as a compliment of the highest regard. Because magazine style portraits for every day women and men are what we do! So know that these women are not models; but look like that because we give them the celebrity red carpet experience and guide them through every step of the process. As in, want to know what to wear that will look the most flattering? We have wardrobe guidelines AND a wardrobe consultation - we even have a studio wardrobe for you to dip into if you are looking for something a bit more glam. Want to look your best on set? We have a professional hair and makeup artist to get you done up and even change up looks during your session. Want to absolutely love how you look in your photos with the most flattering angles? Well, I got you on that, too. Your photo shoot is fully guided, meaning, I am going to coach you into the poses that are most flattering for you. Don’t want to look posed? Cool, because the word pose simply indicates the position that your body is and not a stiff hold of the body. Everybody has a different best angle, and I’m able to find yours.

When can I schedule my shoot?

We book shoots on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Morning shoots are 9-12pm and afternoon shoots can be booked 1-4pm.

Can I buy just the digital images?

Each photograph that is purchased gets its corresponding digital file, so you do get the digital! We believe in a printed legacy and that photographs are meant to be up on walls, in albums, and out for your enjoyment - this is very much our ‘why.’ If you opt to forgo the print that is included with the purchase, however, the price remains the same.

How far out should I book my photo shoot?

Eight weeks out is suggested, as pre-consult through product delivery is approximately that amount of time.

What type of payment is accepted?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and cash. Checks are not accepted.
